Phase 2 Study of PI-88 in Melanoma  

Progen is conducting a phase 2 study of PI-88 with dacarbazine in patients that have metastatic melanoma.

The aim of the study is to compare the safety and effectiveness of PI-88, when used in combination with an approved chemotherapy drug called dacarbazine, in the treatment of metastatic melanoma.

Enrolment into this study is being conducted at sites across Australia, and the United States.

Phase 1 Study of PG11047 in Advanced cancer

Progen is conducting a phase 1 dose escalation study in advanced cancer patients. The trial is being conducted at the University of Chicago and has been designed to explore the potential of the polyamine analogue PG11047 as a single anti-cancer agent.
